The three decrees

Section titled “I. We Despise the Mirage”The project rejects short-lived copycat cycles and frames its goal in epochs rather than days or weeks. In practical terms, the documentation should focus on systems, sustainability and verifiable implementation instead of hype-only claims.
II. The Community Is the Sovereign
Section titled “II. The Community Is the Sovereign”The public site describes holders as the foundation of the ecosystem. Community participation is intended to grow through shared channels, holder tools, governance proposals and community-led treasury or project initiatives.
III. True Conviction Requires a Gate
Section titled “III. True Conviction Requires a Gate”The “gate” is part of the project lore and holder identity. The site has presented token-gated or balance-based participation concepts, including holder tiers and future governance access. These concepts are project direction unless and until a live contract or production feature implements them.
Community structure
Section titled “Community structure”The public project material names four lore tiers:

These are community and lore labels. They should not be confused with the token contract’s separate 1,000 WATER plus 24-hour BNB-reflection eligibility rules.
Official community channels

Section titled “Governance direction”The roadmap identifies Snapshot-based governance and later community-led treasury initiatives as future ecosystem phases. Until a live governance space and enforceable process are published, roadmap language should be read as direction rather than a current on-chain right.
